About Us
More Than Support—We Are Your Partners in Independence
At Facilitate Support, we believe that support is not just about meeting needs; it’s about fulfilling dreams. We are more than just an NDIS provider; we are a dedicated team of compassionate professionals striving to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities across Melbourne, Mount Isa, Western Australia, Queensland, and South Australia

Who We Are
Facilitate Support was founded on a simple yet powerful premise: Every person is unique.
We recognised a need for care that goes beyond a “tick-box” approach. We saw that individuals and families were looking for a provider who would listen, understand, and adapt. Today, we are proud to be that provider.
We specialise in creating supportive environments—particularly through our Supported Independent Living (SIL) options—that allow our participants to feel safe, valued, and at home.
Our Philosophy: Your Life, Your Way
Our core mission is to empower you to live the life you envision. We understand that true independence looks different for everyone. Whether it involves mastering daily household tasks, engaging in community hobbies, or moving into your own home, our role is to facilitate that journey.
Person-Centered Care and Support
You are at the center of every decision we make.
Empowerment
We focus on what you can do, helping you build skills and confidence.
Family Harmony
By providing expert professional care, we help reduce the reliance on family members for daily support. This allows families to return to being families, rather than solely caregivers.
Meet Our Team
We know that the quality of your care depends entirely on the quality of the people providing it. That is why we are rigorous in our selection process.
